Where are you located?
Domaine Napa is located at 478 Technology Way. You will be greeted at the front door after ringing our doorbell.

 

Is my collection big enough to store offsite? 
Domaine Napa is designed to secure dedicated lockers in increments of 14-500 cases or to store smaller collections and pallets in a secured bulk area accessible only by Domaine staff. Clients may choose from two distinctive pricing structures: Standard and Premier.

 

Is my collection protected by insurance? 
Domaine Storage clients have access to the industry’s leading wine insurance program. Coverage includes wine storage in Domaine facilities, worldwide shipping to and from Domaine facilities as well as extremes of temperature, vehicle and mechanical breakdown.

 

Do you have a generator? 
Yes, our 75kw generator will maintain temperature, humidity and electricity during a natural disaster. The generator is tested weekly and sized sufficiently to power the entire building indefinitely including cooling units, security system and computers. Any change in status inside the building is immediately transmitted to our monitoring company and the police.

 

Can I have wine from my collection delivered to me? 
Yes, We provide pickup and delivery on a regular scheduled basis from Domaine Napa to client-requested homes and business via a temperature-controlled vehicle.

 

Are there fees for receiving? 
No, all of our storage clients can have shipments sent directly to us for no additional fees.

 

What is done with items that are received?
All deliveries are recorded throughout the week and emails are sent notifying clients of what they’ve received. All Standard Service clients will have their items placed directly in their storage locker and Premier Service clients will their items inspected, inventoried, repacked (if needed) before being placed in storage.

 

Do you put new arrivals in my locker for me? 
All Standard Service clients will have their items placed directly in their storage locker and Premier Service clients will have their items inspected, inventoried and repacked (if needed) before being placed into storage.

 

What if I need to pickup/drop off after hours? 
Domaine Napa offers after hour access to our clients. Our state-of-the-art security system enables you to access your Standard storage cloekr between the hours of 6am-10pm, every day of the week. As a Premier client and with advanced notice, we have reprogrammable combo locks we can place on an empty locker, so you may use this as a secure area to hold something until you’re able to pick-up or drop-off after hours. Contact us ahead of time and we will set everything up and send you the new locker code and location.

 

How much notice is required for a pull, or other, requests? 
We ask that Premier clients provides 2 business days’ notice before stopping in. Standard clients may have items pulled by the Domaine staff if they provide a current inventory, but they are always invited to peruse their collection at any time between 6am-10pm, every day of the week.

 

Can I use the carts, tape, stickers, and general supplies in the warehouse? 
Yes! Supplies are located in the warehouse and office and are available for client use. This includes tape, tape guns, stickers for labeling boxes, box openers, and markers. Hand carts and rolling stairs are dispersed throughout the warehouse that are also available for client use.

 

How can I get more Domaine boxes? 
Domaine boxes are kept on site. Simply ask a member of the staff for what need. Boxes are also available online by clicking here.
