Our access is via the alley behind the building, between Van Ness St and Veazey Terrace. Enter the alley from Veazey, pass an electric car charging station and a couple parking spots then our entrance is on the right. There is a call box at this entrance that will call down to the office during business hours so you can be buzzed in.
All of our storage clients can have shipments sent directly to us for no additional fees.
All deliveries are recorded throughout the week and our team sends out an email on Friday notifying clients of what they have received. Packages are held in our secure Holding locker until the client is able to come by. Clients with Standard Service have 30 days to retrieve their packages and Premier clients’ packages will automatically be inventoried and added to their storage.
Premier clients’ packages will automatically be inventoried, repacked (if needed) and put away. Standard clients can request that we put items away for them if there is enough room in their locker. We do our best to accommodate these requests.
With advance notice, we have reprogrammable combo locks that we can place on an empty locker so that you can use this as a secure area to hold something you need to pick up or drop off after hours. Reach out to us ahead of time and we will set everything up and send you the new lock code and locker location.
How much notice is required for a pull, or other, requests?
We can pull wine from your locker if you’d like to drop by and pick up a bottle or a case. Please give us 48 hours notice before stopping in. Alternatively, if you’d like to peruse your selection, you can stop in whenever to pull wine from your locker.
The Supplies at the two work tables in the warehouse are available for client use. This includes tape, tape guns, stickers for labeling boxes, box openers, markers, etc. Hand carts and rolling stairs are dispersed throughout the warehouse and are also available for client use.
Domaine boxes are kept in a locked storage closet. Simply as a member of staff for what you need. If you need boxes after hours, reach out ahead of time and we’re usually able to slip boxes into your locker.
There are silver metro shelves in several areas of the warehouse where empty boxes can be left. Boxes can also be taken directly out to the ramp. Clients who are looking for boxes that are up for grabs can help themselves to any boxes left in these locations.
